The shuttle service was a complete disaster, and I had to carry my luggage alone in the dark. The room was smaller than expected and hardly private. I almost considered a good review, but the utter lack of special treatment for a distinguished guest like myself was simply inexcusable. A definite no from me.

Be cautious of the stairs, as they’re prevalent throughout the facility, presenting a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Heard some water leaking at night, which could disrupt sleep, and the heater in my room wasn’t the most effective for cooler nights.
